I am doctorally prepared board certified psychiatry mental health nurse practitioner. I provide brief psychotherapy, and/or personalized medication management for various mood disorders including major depression, anxiety, bipolar, psychosis and ADHD in adolescent through old adults. My work is centered on provision of a safe environment, building a strong and trusting relationship. I will assist you explore your own story, current life challenges and open up possibilities for change in your life. Where medication is helpful, I will guide you using evidenced based approach.
